Our 3 Sales Coaching Programs are all designed to bring about change.
Here’s how it works:
- Depending on the level of experience in Sales choose from either the Foundation or Advanced Program.
- If there is any particular area of emphasis simply make it known and it can be included into the program.
- Choose from the 2 optional “In the Field” Coaching Sessions (Most companies want this included).
- If you have a Sales Manager or Team Leader why not consider having them attend the Sales Managers Mentor Program to become a better leader for implementing change in the Sales People
- Billing can be on a monthly basis to spread the cash flow for your business.
- A De-brief session will take place with the CEO to monitor program and the next step
